Hello Summer!

The last of April is nearing and it means that we're already in the middle of summer. Yet here I am, sitting in front of my PC having nothing to do.

I'm thinking of so many things I could do this summer, those which are productive, and some, so unproductive.

So far I have done a few things *i think*

This summer, it was my first time having a home delivered McDo with my bestfriend and siblings :D

I also independently made my own Ice Candy. For Sale :D

Also I have been to some places outside Laguna :)

Whew, but so far, I haven't been to outings nor gimmicks with friends.

But I am having fun plainly relaxing and sleeping at home. LOL. Just a few thoughts here and there.

Happy Summer Everyone :)

#That One Friend

BREAK :)
A 3 hour long break here at school with nothing to do.

And I suddenly remembered the times I had with that one friend. In fact she was my childhood friend, so there's no doubt that I would be talking about one of my bestfriends.

We practically and literally share everything together, money, things, fashion styles and advices, and even DVDs (some even never returned but we both know it was just at home), even the secrets of all secrets. It's a shame we are not of the same shirt size, we might even share them as well. LOL.

Well, one of the things that we even share together are the HARDSHIP and BADTIMES. And these one, was literally HARDship :))

It was last January 23, 6 in the evening when we decided to go to Jollibee to have our dinner, her treat :D Like the usual, we used my motorbike (I have no intentions of walking anyway and admit it, commuting is soooo EXPENSIVE).

We were already on our way when we heard a shhhh-ing sound. I started to get nervous since it was only recently when my dad had changed the interior of the motor's tire.

And I wasn't mistaken, our tire was dead flat. &*^&*%!
I panicked, I didn't know what to do, it was my first time having a flat tire and yes, we were at the mainroad with no houses.

We texted some of our friends, praying that they were free to help us. After a little while, we gave our hopes up and we started pushing (MAGTULAK in Filipino, it's more fun hearing that word :)) the motor to the nearest vulcanizing shop which was like 15minutes a way when walking and since we are pushing the motor, it took us 30minutes. DAMN.

And we were really laughing and I kept on telling her, we really are friends who would share the GOOD TIMES and BADTIMES for life :)

It was fixed at the vulcanizing shop. And our trip to Jollibee became a LITERALLY STARVING TRIP.

Well, I was just really happy that I had that one friend who is more than ready to share those kinds of times with me except of course the fact that she had no choice anyway. LOL.

To my dearest friend, Jenevieve De Lara, without even asking, I know you are the best and I am really thankful that God has paired the two of us. LOVE YOU POWS :))))

Burlesque Fever

I am in love, with Christina Aguilera! :)

Haha! It's not like I'm really in love with her, but, she really caught my attention as an audience. She was already famous since I was a child being a singer but I never heard her speak nor seen her act. She really amazed me. A very talented woman at the age of 30.

I never thought she was that young, I thought that she's already nearing her 40's already. Guess I lack that much knowledge about limelight. And maybe,it was this one thing that made me assume of her age, her face and make - up.

When I first saw her at a commercial of "THE VOICE" (I just recently learned that as well, I'm not that fond of watching TV, only DVDs). I was shocked when I saw a Christina Aguilera without make - up, SO PRETTY! And, yes, she has a very pretty baby face as well. Not only that, she also has this pretty baby voice. I was like, THAT IS CHRISTINA?

Whenever I see her on her music videos, her face is like this:

But with less and simpler make - up, her face is like this :

Really now, an entirely different look! And do you know what's more? She has this very thick and beautiful voice when she sings, but she speaks differently, also in a beautiful voice. Now I really do wonder where she gets all that voice from.

It appears that, Christina had her first acting debut at the musical entitled Burlesque. In here you can witness her acting and singing skills at the same time. You can also see the difference in her face with and without make up plus her voice when she sings and speaks. She really amazed me. I now have a better perspective of her than before. In addition to that, my assumptions were corrected.

But, not only Christina was great in this movie, the whole movie is a two thumbs up (three if i have another hand). It was so good, that I feel like dancing to the beat, especially the snaps in the music Express or wait, was it Show Me How to Burlesque? Anyway, all the music prod was cool and it also has a good story line. in fact, I really danced during the last song plus I downloaded almost all of the Burlesque OSTs.

Way to go Burlesque! *applauds*
Now here's Burlesque's trailer. If ever you'd be watching this, hope you'd enjoy it like me and my friends did. Ciao!

Musically Blessed

Yet again, it has been the 2nd Sunday of September. We were the choir groups for the church today. Err. 'Cause were too busy, we really don't have much time to practice for the mass. It was already 2pm then and nobody was at the church yet. We announced that the practice was at 12nn.

By that time, I was starting to feel down. First, my voice was hoarse and I cannot help nor participate. Second, THEY ARE LATE! But I never thought too much about it, I knew our characters and they would be arriving at around 3 or 4, and yes I was not mistaken. Our orgmates haven't failed us. :"3

So we started practicing but we aren't as serious as we should've been. There were only 6 of us back then.

4pm. Thank God 2 of them has arrived. And they were really good singers, too. I had a surge if relief when they arrived. Thank God for them arriving even though the rain was really bad. We badly needed singers!

Uh oh, 5pm, 30 minutes more and we're up. We weren't really nervous back then, we were even laughing and thinking about food instead of our performance. But let me tell you, when the actual mass came, we were all very nervous (our last performance was a total FAAAAIL), we were afraid we would go wrong along the way. IT DIDN'T. Well, almost everything didn't.

There were a few songs that failed, ALELUYA, for there were technical problems and the COMMUNION, because we hadn't communicated very well (they accidentally sang the 2nd part, if only I had told them earlier, stupid me). But the rest? It went very well.

In addition to that, there was even a mom who approached me and said, "Kayo ba ang nag choir?," I answered her "Opo, kami po ang youth ng simbahan" then what she said really made me proud of our performance that day "ANG GALING NIYO HA"

Another plus? Somebody approached us and wanted to be a part of the choir group! She's joining together with her boo so it means they are two. OMG, it has been long since somebody wanted to join us.

I texted her and we chatted a little, I asked about our performance and she said it was fine, just a little practice and we can do better. :)

It really made me think that we showed the listeners today how good can we be if we really aimed to. We just need a little inspiration and a lot more practice. Just a bit more, I know we can do this guys. Don't lose hope. Our performance today showed us that we are good. Please continue to be inspired with me. It was really a joy performing with you today. HAHA! Too much drama, but it's true, I'm really happy, ecstatic actually that we worked together so well that it was so fun performing. I hope you felt the same :)

This day, is one of the blessed days that we guys have. I just wanna share it to help inspire since having these kinds of experiences inspire me.

THANK GOD FOR HELPING US SING WELL. We owe this all to YOU!

xoxo~ <3

Speed of Light

I love it whenever I'm home and it's not a hot afternoon. I can go ride my motorbike at that type of weather. I just learned riding it but I feel like it has been ages. I also feel that I am fit for Charlie (my motorbike).

My Baby Charlie

He's a black Honda XRS, a 2010 model (they say he is) and has a very manly body. My friends love my motorbike, they even ride mine because they say he's light. I think so too.

He's also very fast. I prefer riding him at 50's (). Was that too fast? I think not. There were even times when I almost reach 60 but I slow down whenever it's near. It's better to be careful. I'm not even a speed racer. It's just that, I think it fits him best when he's at a fast speed. Since I think my motorbike's a he, he looks gay when he slows down. Also, I love the feeling when I ride a fast motorcycle, I feel that I'm running while floating. I also feel like I own the road when I drive.

I feel cool and pretty and like a princess when we are that fast. Some say I look maangas (tough) and for a lady like me, it is a great compliment. I don't brag, I just got that motorcycle last April and people might think I am bragging. But let me tell you, for someone who loves to ride motorbikes like me, you'd get the same feeling. I hope they do.

But still, for those who ride them like me, please be REALLY REALLY.. REALLY CAREFUL. Like my parent's always say:

"Maingat ka nga pero paano sila?"/"You are careful enough, but what about the others?"

It's true, you'll never know if something's gonna hit you. Be careful riders.
Well, I just want to share this feeling before I get to sleep. LOL. Good night y'all.

Without A Voice

Have I told you yet that the 1st trimester’s over? Oh yeah I did, but my voice was gone with the trimester!!

It was so long since I had a hoarse voice and it bugs me. With someone who loves to chat and sing and do various things with this voice that I have, it really irritates me that I can’t speak properly.

I really do advice you guys, never let your back dry when you sweat, especially when you have a dry cough. I think that was the reason I lost my voice.

But then, at least I can speak through my walls on facebook and chat with friends.
Thank God for technology.

LOL. <3
